From zero to a fully launched SaaS website

Delivered in collaboration with bilal.agency. Spontool is a SaaS platform that helps event organizers collect sponsor assets without chasing emails. Starting from a blank canvas, we designed the full site in Figma, built it in Framer, and launched it live - then continued with the client across five months to add a CMS blog, refine the pricing section twice, and set up SEO infrastructure across every page. A single ongoing client relationship that grew from a landing page into a complete, content-ready SaaS website.

Responsive Build

The design started in Figma: a clean, minimal SaaS aesthetic in dark navy and white, with the client's own product dashboard mockup integrated into the hero section. The layout was structured to convert - a clear hero, a benefits section, a how-it-works flow, pricing, FAQs, and a CTA. The client's 60-second explainer video was worked into the layout to support engagement. Once the design was approved, the full Framer build followed: homepage, contact page, and legal pages all built and linked, with the contact form connected and the project transferred to the client's own Framer workspace.

The pricing section went through two rounds of iteration before landing. The initial build had two pricing cards. The client updated this to three cards with new features per plan. Later, the entire model changed: the client moved to usage-based pricing and the section was redesigned from scratch - a single tier card, five bands from free (first 10 sponsors) to €5 per sponsor at 200+, with example calculations and a "Start for free" CTA. The final card was built with inline styles matched exactly to the site's design tokens: Satoshi font, the site's blue and dark values, matching border-radius and button shadow.

The CMS blog came in a second phase. The brief was to build something the client could manage themselves without needing a developer every time. The solution: a blog listing page at /blog, a detail template, and a homepage teaser section showing the latest 3 posts. Framer CMS was configured with {{Title}} and {{Description}} variables so every post automatically generates its own meta title and description without manual input. 9 posts were written and published at launch, covering topics from sponsor asset collection to event planning guides. A short video tutorial was recorded so the client could add and update posts independently.

SEO was set up across every layer. All 6 main pages got unique titles and meta descriptions. Each of the 9 blog posts got its own description matched to the article topic. Canonical tags were added to every blog post and the listing page. The og:title on the blog index was corrected. The sitemap was submitted to Google Search Console with a manual indexing request on the blog listing URL. The Satoshi font was uploaded to the client's workspace and applied consistently across the full site once access was confirmed.

The result is a SaaS website that went from a blank file to a fully launched, SEO-ready, CMS-powered product page over five months of active collaboration. The client can add new blog posts, update content, and manage the site independently. The pricing communicates the product's unique usage-based model clearly. And the site is structured to grow without needing a developer each time.
